*Flight Training in a Cessna 152:
Students Greater than 170 pounds (77kg) and/or 6 feet in height
may be required to upgrade to the Piper Cadet.

STUDY MATERIALS
We recommend you complete as much pre-study course work before you arrive using our PPL Study pack, provided by AFE. You can purchase this study pack by visiting their website.

Any pilot supplies and/or materials you have, please plan to bring them with you.
JAA Private Pilot Training Eligibility Requirements:
- Be able to speak and understand the English language.
- Hold a current U.K. JAA class 2 medical certificates.
- Pass the U.K. JAA PPL written examinations with a score of 75% or more.
- Pass a radiotelephony practical test.
- Complete a qualifying a 150 NM cross country flight.
- Pass a U.K. JAA skill test.
 
*Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. The PPL course is structured and based on the JAA minimum requirements. It is not guaranteed you will complete the training in the number of hours or days stated. We recommend you plan to allow an additional two weeks to complete the training. If you exceed the hours or days stated, additional costs will apply. The course includes accommodations for 21 nights. Each additional night in the student apartments will be charged $35 per night and in the hotel, $50 per night. Glass cockpit transition course to be conducted in our brand new state-of-the-art simulator on completion of the PPL course.
