FAA Helicopter: Instrument Rating

Want to add the instrument rating to your license? Let us help! The instrument rating allows a pilot to fly in adverse weather conditions of certain types. The instrument rating will improve your flying accuracy and open up your navigation options. If your intentions are to move on and become a professional helicopter pilot, you will find that most jobs require the instrument rating.

This program is conducted at our training center in Merritt Island, FL.

 

Prerequisites:
- Be at least 17 years of age
- Be able to read, write and understand the English language
- Have a valid FAA Medical
