FAA Private Pilot Course

Our private pilot course includes 40 total hours, of which 20 hours are dual flight instruction, 20 hours solo flight and 30 hours of ground instruction. On completion of the private pilot course (including the practical examination) allows the pilot to act as Pilot‐In‐Command (PIC) of an aircraft carrying passengers or property, but not for compensation or hire, subject to FAR Part 61 and 91.

  1. Be at least 17 years of age
  2. Be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  3. Have a valid FAA student pilot medical
